Preheat oven to 350*F.
Combine all ingredients in your mixing bowl. Combine dry ingredients first and then add the wet ones. Make sure you use warm or hot water, not cold water.
Knead dough until you can form a big ball. Add a little more flour if the dough is sticky.
Flatten dough on counter or cutting board, either with your hands or a rolling pin. If the dough is sticky, add a little wheat flour. Dough should be 1/4″ or 1/2″, depending on your preference.
Prepare cookie sheet by spritzing olive oil on it, or use parchment paper.
Bake at 350*F for about 10 minutes, then flip the treats over and bake for 5 more minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
This recipe will make a few dozen cookies. All ingredients are safe for human consumption.
