Honey Oat Protein Muffins


  • 3 cups 
    rolled oats
  • 1 cup 
    milk (non-dairy is fine)
  • eggs
  • ¼ cup 
    vanilla whey protein
  • ½ cup 
    BeeMaid Honey
  • 1 cup 
    frozen berries


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add muffin liners to your muffin tin.

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, and protein powder. Add the milk, eggs and BeeMaid Honey and stir until combined. Add in your frozen berries and gently stir until combined. 

Divide the oat mixture evenly among the cups of the muffin tin.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops of the muffins are golden brown. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove the muffins from the pan
