Honey Garlic Shrimp



    1. In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil and gently cook down zucchini until golden on each side. Dust with salt and pepper. Set aside. 
    2. To a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the sauce from the garlic to the pepper and mix until well combined.
    3. On medium-high heat, heat the same pan you cooked your zucchini in. To the pan, add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Once partially cooked, drench in the sauce and cook for another 1 minute on high heat on each side. 
    4. Serve hot with rice and vegetables!
