Honey Chocolate Soy Smoothie (Dairy Free)


  • Frozen Banana
  • 1 Tbsp. 
    BeeMaid Honey
  • 1/2 cup 
    Silken Tofu
  • 1/2 cup 
    Soy Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. 
    Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)


  1. 1. Let frozen bananas thaw slightly and cut into slices

  2. 2. Add the silken tofu, soy milk, BeeMaid Honey and cocoa powder to a blender and blend until ingredients are fully combined. 

  3. 3. Add the banana slices and continue to blend until smooth and creamy. Top with additional banana slices, chia seeds, coconut flakes or chocolate.
