Fall Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • Bothwell Lactose Free Old cheddar, cut into triangles
  • Bothwell Lactose Free Medium Cheddar, cut into rectangles
  • Bothwell Lactose Free Jalapeno Monterey Jack, cut into cubes
  • Bee Maid Amber Honey
  • Bee Maid Raw Honey
  • Jellies
  • Mustard
  • Nuts
  • Dried fruits
  • Fresh fall fruits - figs, apples or pear
  • Crackers
  • Cured meats
  • Herbs

Directions

1. Cut cheeses, and slice/cut fruits
2. Fill little bowls and ramikins with honey and other preserves and/or mustard
3. Arrange cheeses and ramikins on a serving board separated from each other
4. Fill gaps with crackers, meats, nuts, fruits etc. Enjoy!
