Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp.
    BeeMaid Liquid Honey
  • 1
    ripe banana
  • ¼ cup
    orange juice
  • 1 cup
    fresh or unsweetened frozen strawberries

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until well mixed. More orange juice may be added for a thinner shake. Makes 1 serving. No fat, no cholesterol.
