Make BeeMaid Honey simple syrup by combining equal parts BeeMaid Honey and water and heat them slowly in a saucepan until the BeeMaid Honey melts into the water. Place in bottle or jar. Keeps in fridge for weeks.
To make the martini, fill a shaker with ice, add vodka, BeeMaid Honey simple syrup, limoncello and pear juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with pear and/or lemon slice.
