Apple Honey Muffins


  • ¼ cup 
    BeeMaid Liquid Honey
  • egg
  • ¼ cup 
    cooking oil
  • 1 cup 
  • ⅓ cup 
    orange juice
  • ¾ cup 
    rolled oats
  • 1 cup 
    whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. 
    baking powder
  • ½ tsp. 
  • dash 
    of salt


Cook time: 25-30 minutes

In a small bowl, mix honey, egg, oil, applesauce and orange juice until well combined. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre; pour in liquid ingredients, stirring just to moisten. Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 25-35 minutes or until done. Makes 12 muffins.
