Honey Garlic Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs
    Ground beef
  • 1 ¼ cup
    Fine breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup
    Milk
  • ½ cup
    Onion, finely chopped
  • 2
    Eggs
  • ¼ tsp.
    Pepper
  • 2 tsp.
    Salt
  • 1 Tbsp.
    Butter
  • 4-5 cloves
    Garlic, crushed
  • ¾ cup
    Ketchup or (1/2 ketchup and 1/2 BBQ sauce)
  • ½ cup
    BeeMaid Honey
  • ¼ cup
    Soya sauce

Directions

Meatball:
Combine meat, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, eggs, s&p in bowl. Mix well with fork. Form into 1 inch balls.
Place balls in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake 500° for 10-12 mins. Drain well

Sauce:
melt butter in sauce pan and saute garlic until tender. Add ketchup (ketchup bbq sauce mixture), honey, and soya sauce. Bring to a boil.

Place meatballs in greased casserole dish, pour sauce over top. Bake 350° for 20 mins- 1/2 hour
