Hot Buttered Apple Toddy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 
    strong hot tea
  • 2 cups 
    apple cider
  • ¼ cup 
    brandy (optional)
  • ¼ cup 
    BeeMaid liquid honey
  • lemon, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. 
    mulled cider spices
  • 1 Tbsp. 
    butter

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the butter into a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes to blend flavours. Strain and serve in warmed glasses. Divide butter between glasses.
