Combine the BeeMaid Honey, coconut milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix well until the BeeMaid Honey is dissolved. Cover and refridgerate for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
Stir well and divide into serving dishes. Top with fresh fruit.
