Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Pork Tenderloins
  • 2/3 cup
    BeeMaid Honey
  • 1/4 cup
    Chicken or Beef Broth
  • 2 Tbsp.
    Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp.
    Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp.
    Apple Cidar Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp.
    Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp.
    Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp.
    Salt
  • 1/2 tsp.
    Red Chili Flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and lightly grease a large baking dish.
  2. Place the two tenderloin strips in a baking dish. Brush with olive oil and season accordingly.
  3. In a separate medium sized bowl, mix together your BeeMaid Honey, broth, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, corn starch and red chili flakes.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce around the pork tenderloins in the baking dish. Avoid pouring directly on top of the pork to allow it to brown while baking.
  5. Bake in the oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes (until an internal temp of the meat reaches 140 degrees F).
  6. Remove from the oven, cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Slice your pork into medallions and drizzle the honey garlic sauce on top to serve.
