Honey Beer Bread


  • 3 cups 
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. 
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp. 
    fine sea salt
  • 1/4 cup 
    BeeMaid honey
  • 1 bottle (12 oz) 
  • 1/4 cup 
    butter, melted


Heat oven to 350°F.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly pour the beer and BeeMaid honey into the flour mixture, and stir until combined.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pour half of the melted butter into the bottom of a 9×5-inch bread pan, and use it to grease the inside of the pan. Add the batter and spread it out in an even layer. Brush the remaining melted butter evenly on top of the batter.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Let cool in pan on rack for at least 10 minutes. Serve warm. ⠀⠀
