Rhubarb Honey Crisp

Ingredients

  • base:
  • 4 to 5 cups
    diced rhubarb
  • ½ cup
    BeeMaid honey
  • 1 Tbsp.
    flour
  • 1 tsp.
    cinnamon
  • ½ tsp.
    ground ginger
  • topping:
  • 1 ½ cups
    rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup
    BeeMaid honey
  • ¼ cup
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp.
    cinnamon
  • ½ tsp.
    salt

Directions

Preheat over to 375F

In a bowl, stir together rhubarb, beemaid honey, flour, cinnamon and ginger. Spoon into greased 8 cup baking dish. Stir together oats, sugar, beemaid honey, butter, cinnamon and salt; sprinkle evenly over rhubarb. Bake in 375F oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is browned.
