1. Steep the green tea bags in the boiling water and set aside.
2. Puree the peaches, honey and water until smooth.
3. Remove the tea bags and mix in the peach puree.
4. Divide the green tea mixture between 4 glasses and top with the seltzer. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves or lime silces.
