Irish Honey Cocktail

In a heatproof large measuring cup or bowl, combine the BeeMaid honey and hot water. Stir until the honey is dissolved.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Add the lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate until cold and ready to serve.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Fill glass or mason jar with ice. Place 1 ounce of Irish Whiskey in a glass and top with 3 ounces of honey-lemon mixture and stir. Double for a tall glass.⠀
