Baked Shrimp with Feta

Ingredients

  • 20 
    Shrimp, deveined and shells removed
  • 2 Tbsp. 
    olive oil
  • ¼ cup 
    BeeMaid Honey
  • ¼ cup 
    cubed feta
  • 1 tsp. 
    sea salt
  • ½ tsp. 
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp. 
    garlic powder
  • pinch 
    red chili flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. 
    fresh parley, finely chopped
  • 3 slices 
    lemon
  • 1 cup 
    cherry tomatoes

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400F.  To an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish, add all of the ingredients and gently toss. 
Bake for 20 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.  Remove baked lemons before serving.
Delicious with a side salad and garlic bread!
