Banana Raisin Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups 
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. 
    baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. 
    baking soda
  • ½ tsp. 
    salt
  • ½ cup 
    raisins
  • 1 cup 
    mashed, ripe banana
  • ¼ cup 
    BeeMaid Liquid Honey
  • egg
  • 1 Tbsp. 
    milk
  • ⅓ cup 
    oil
  • ¼ tsp. 
    vanilla

Directions

Combine dry ingredients and raisins. Stir together banana, BeeMaid Honey, egg, milk, oil, and vanilla. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir just to blend. Fill greased muffin tins ¾ full. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 12 muffins.
