Honey Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • ⅔ cup 
    sugar
  • ⅔ cup 
    oil
  • 1 cup 
    BeeMaid Honey
  • 1 tsp. 
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. 
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp. 
    baking soda
  • ½ cup 
    cocoa powder
  • pinch 
    salt
  • 2 cups 
    flour
  • 1 cup 
    milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour bundt pan.

With electric mixer, beat together eggs, sugar, BeeMaid Honey, oil, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until creamy.  Add cocoa, half the flour, half the milk. Beat until just combined.  Then add other half flour and half milk.  Beat until just combined, don't overmix.

Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.  Bake for about 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Cool completely.  Add icing or glaze if desired.
