Cook time: 20-30 minutes
Cream together butter and honey. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. Stir in nuts or chocolate chips. Pour batter into greased 9"x9" pan. Bake at 325F for 20-30 minutes.
