Honey Citrus Fruit Salad


  • ¼ cup 
    BeeMaid Honey
  • ¼ cup 
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. 
    mint chopped

assorted citrus fruit


    Cut and peel citrus fruit of your choice.

    Whisk BeeMaid Honey, fresh lime juice and mint together.  Pour over prepared fruit and toss gently. Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving.

    If not eating right away, refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh mint.
