Honey Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups
    whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ tsp.
    baking soda
  • ½ tsp.
    salt
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp.
    BeeMaid honey
  • 2 ½ cups
    buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp.
    cooking oil

Directions

Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat eggs until light; add BeeMaid Honey, buttermilk, and cooking oil. Add dry ingredients gradually, stirring until smooth. Drop from a spoon onto a hot greased griddle and cook until top is full of bubbles and underside is golden. Turn and cook until other side is golden.

Makes approximately 2 dozen 5 inch pancakes
