Turkey Dinner Puffed Pastry Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 package
    puffed pastry
  • 2 cups
    leftover chopped turkey
  • 1/4 cup
    BeeMaid Honey
  • 1 cup
    green beans, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup
    stuffing
  • 1 cup
    mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup
    cranberry sauce
  • 1 Tbsp.
    chopped fresh rosemary

Directions

1.Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2.On a flat surface, roll out your refrigerated puff pastry dough.
3.Using a knife or a cookie cutter, cut out square shapes even on all sides (approx. 4x4 inches) and place on a baking tray lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
4.Drizzle BeeMaid Honey onto each puff pastry square and then add shredded turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans and stovetop stuffing.
5.Sprinkle with rosemary and add a dollop of cranberry sauce.
6.Add an additional drizzle of BeeMaid honey on top and fold two opposite sides of the puff pastry towards each other. Press down lightly and secure the pastry corners to ensure the contents don’t spill out and repeat this process until all pastry bites are folded.
7.Coat each finished pastry bite in a light egg wash and bake in the oven for 15 – 18 minutes or until pastry is golden and flakey.
