1. Cook bacon until almost crispy. Let cool and chop into small bits.
2. Add olive oil, thinly sliced onion and BeeMaid Honey to a pan and carmelize on medium low heat for 15-20 minutes.
3. Place brie in a small baking dish and top with onions and chopped bacon. Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese becomes soft (8-10 minutes).
4. Serve with crackers or toasted bread and add a final drizzle of BeeMaid Honey on top.
