Honey Syrup:
In a bowl, combine the BeeMaid Honey and hot water. Stir until completely mixed. Use immediately, or store in fridge for up to a week.
Cocktail:
In a shaker, combine the fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, gin and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass.
