1. Add the cottage cheese, BeeMaid Honey and vanilla to a blender. Blend on medium speed in short intervals, stirring the ingredients in the blender with a spatula to ensure they are evenly distributed.
2. Once you’ve achieved a thick and creamy consistency, add in the raspberries and the graham crackers. Pulse and repeat the process with the blender and spatula until the raspberries and graham cracker pieces are evenly distributed.
3. Pour the mixture into a sealable container and smooth out with a spatula. Add in additional graham cracker pieces or cut up raspberries if you’d like more texture. Place in the freezer for 4 hours (or leave overnight).
