3/4 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
1/3 Cup
Unsalted Butter
1 Cup
Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Cup
Mini Marshmallows
2 Cups
Salted Peanuts (roasted)
6 Cups
Rice Krispie Cereal
25
Marshmallows (large)
1 1/2 Cups
Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp
Butter
Garnish
Flakey Sea Salt
Directions
- Lightly grease a 9×13 pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rice Krispies, peanuts, and mini marshmallows. Set aside.
- In a large, microwave safe container, microwave butter for 1:00 minute, stirring halfway.
- Once butter is melted, stir in peanut butter, honey and regular marshmallows. Microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until all ingredients are melted
- Pour hot peanut butter mixture over top dry ingredients and mix to combine evenly.
- Transfer to greased 9×13 dish, and pack down so it forms an even, nicely packed layer.
- Allow to set for
- In a microwave safe dish, add chocolate chips and butter. Microwave on high in 30 second increments, stirring in between.
- Once chocolate is completely melted, spread over top the surface of the peanut butter honey square in an even layer.
- Lightly sprinkle flaky salt over the surface.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge to set.
Note: Recipe makes one 9×13 pan.
