1/4 Cup + 3 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
1/2 Cup
Walnuts (chopped)
1/2 Cup
Pistachios or Pecans (chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsp
Melted Butter
1/4 Tsp
Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp
Salt
1 (15 count) Package
Mini Phyllo Cups
Directions
- Preheat oven based on phyllo package directions.
- In a bowl, combine the BeeMaid Honey, melted butter, cinnamon and salt. Mix until combined, then fold in the chopped nuts and lightly mix until the nuts are fully coated in the honey mixture.
- Spoon a portion of the honey nut mixture into each phyllo cup until each one is filled.
- Place each of the phyllo cups on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes (or until the nuts and edges of the phyllo are golden brown).
- Add an extra drizzle of BeeMaid Honey on top and serve!
