Deep Dish Pie Crust

BeeMaid Honey

Large Eggs (whisked)
3/4 Cup
Roasted Chicken (shredded)
3/4 Cup
Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 Cup
Heavy Cream
1/2 Tsp
Salt and Pepper
3 Sprigs
Fresh Thyme
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Prick the pre-made pie crust with a fork repeatedly. Allow the crust to par-bake for approx. 6-8 minutes until the crust appears dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whisked eggs, cream, thyme leaves, and BeeMaid Honey with a spoon until ingredients are evenly dispersed and a creamy consistency is formed.
- Place the cheddar and chicken pieces into the crust and then pour in the honey egg filling mixture over top (allow a little space around the edge of the crust so it doesn’t overflow).
- Bake the quiche in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the edge are slightly browned and the filling looks firm throughout.
- Allow the quiche to cool on a baking rack for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with additional thyme sprigs and a drizzle of BeeMaid Honey.
