BeeMaid Recipe

This crisp and colourful salad brings brightness to winter days with a mix of fresh pear slices, juicy pomegranate seeds, and tender arugula and spinach greens. Tossed in a sweet honey mustard dressing made with BeeMaid Honey, it’s the perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and refreshing. Light yet satisfying, it’s a wholesome way to add a pop of seasonal flavour to your table — whether served on its own or alongside your favourite cozy meal.
Ingredients
Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
3 1/2 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
3 Tbsp
Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup
Olive Oil
3 Tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp
Black Pepper
Salad
1
Pear (chopped or thinly sliced)
1/4 Cup
Dried Cranberries (chopped)
1/4 Cup
Pomegranate Seeds
1/2 Cup
Pecans (chopped)
2/3 Cup
Arugula
1/3 Cup
Spinach
1/4 Cup
Feta Cheese (crumbled)
Directions
- Add the arugula and spinach leaves to a large salad bowl. Then add in the remaining cranberries, nuts, pomegranate seeds, chopped pears and feta cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the salad dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Drizzle the salad dressing over top then use tongs to toss the salad, allowing each of the ingredients to be fully coated.
- Plate and add a additional pomegranate seeds or nuts on top for garnish.
Note: Pears can easily be swapped out with apples for this recipe.
