Tossed in a sweet honey mustard dressing made with BeeMaid Honey, it’s the perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and refreshing. Ingredients

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
3 1/2 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
3 Tbsp
Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup
Olive Oil
3 Tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp
Black Pepper
Salad
1
Pear (chopped or thinly sliced)
1/4 Cup
Dried Cranberries (chopped)
1/4 Cup
Pomegranate Seeds
1/2 Cup
Pecans (chopped)
2/3 Cup
Arugula
1/3 Cup
Spinach
1/4 Cup
Feta Cheese (crumbled)

Directions

  1. Add the arugula and spinach leaves to a large salad bowl. Then add in the remaining cranberries, nuts, pomegranate seeds, chopped pears and feta cheese.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the salad dressing ingredients until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the salad dressing over top then use tongs to toss the salad, allowing each of the ingredients to be fully coated.
  4. Plate and add a additional pomegranate seeds or nuts on top for garnish.

Note: Pears can easily be swapped out with apples for this recipe.
