Mini Bocconcini Balls
1 1/2 Cups
Cherry Tomatoes (Sliced)
1/3 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
1/4 Cup
Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup
Olive Oil
1/2 Cup
Arugula Leaves
1/4 Cup
Fresh Basil Leaves (chopped)
1 Tbsp
Oregano
1 Tbsp
Dried Thyme
1 Tbsp
Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tsp
Minced Garlic
1 Tsp
Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp
Salt and Pepper
8-10
Pepperoni Sticks (cut into pieces)
1-2 Boxes
Bowtie Pasta

Directions

1. Boil your pasta based on box instructions. Rinse with water and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Add a small drizzle of olive oil on top and toss to coat the pasta.

2. As the pasta cooks, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, BeeMaid Honey, chili flakes, garlic, onion and herbs together until fully combined.

3. Once the pasta has cooled, add it to a large serving bowl, then add in the tomatoes, bocconcini cheese, pepperoni, basil and arugula. Toss until the ingreidents are mixed, then pour the dressing mixture on top, tossing again until everything is coated.

4. Serve and enjoy!
