Creamy, tangy, and just the right amount of sweet, this easy appetizer combines smooth cream cheese, tart cranberries, and the subtle sweetness of BeeMaid Honey for a perfectly balanced bite. Fresh chives add a pop of savoury flavour, while chopped pecans provide a satisfying crunch that makes every spread irresistible. This elegant cheese log comes together in minutes, making it a simple yet impressive addition to any holiday cheese board or party platter.

- Roughly chop the dried cranberries, chives and pecans (Note: you can easily swap the pecans for walnuts or pistachios). Set aside half of the chopped ingredients for the log coating.
- Add the cream cheese and BeeMaid Honey to large bowl and beat with an electric mixer. Once you’ve reached a soft, fluffy consistency, add in half of the chopped ingredient and mix until the cranberries, chives and pecans are evenly dispersed throughout.
- Using a spatula, spoon out the cream cheese mixture onto a large sheet of cling wrap. fold the cling wrap over top and then roll until a log shape is formed. Wrap tightly and place the log in the fridge for approximately 1 hour until the cream cheese log is nice and firm.
- Remove the cream cheese log from the plastic wrapping. Mix together the remaining chopped ingredients and spread out on a cutting board.
- Roll the log overtop of the chopped ingredients, lightly pressing down as you go. Roll until the log is fully coated on all sides.
- Serve with your favourite crackers or crostini.
Notes: Cream cheese can be swapped with goat cheese. If prepping ahead for an event, wrap the log in plastic wrap after rolling in the toppings and refrigerate until ready to serve.
