Ingredients

Hummus
1/3 Cup
Olive Oil
2 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
1
Large Lemon (zested and juiced)
1/4 Cup
Vinegar
1
Large Red Beet (roasted and diced)
1 Can
Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 Clove
Minced Garlic
1
Jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped)
1/4 Tsp
Salt and Pepper
Garnish
2 Tbsp
Fresh Parsley Leaves

Directions

1.Place all ingredients in high speed blender in order listed (except feta).

2.Start on low speed and gradually turn to high and blend until thoroughly mixed. You will have to stop your blender occasionally to scape down the sides.

3.Sprinkle with crumbled feta. Serve with veggies, pita bread or crackers!
