Our BeeMaid Honey Herb and Artichoke Grilled Cheese is a gourmet twist on a classic comfort food, featuring tender artichoke, broccoli, vibrant pesto, and rich, melted Brie. Crispy, golden bread holds all the goodness together, making each bite indulgent yet approachable. Canned Artichoke Hearts (chopped)
1 Cup
Broccoli Florets or Spinach (chopped)
1/3 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
1/3 Cup
Sour Cream
1/4 Cup
Pesto
1/2 Cup
Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
6 oz
Brie Cheese (sliced thin)
2 Tbsp
Olive Oil
2 Tbsp
Thyme Leaves
1 Tbsp
Oregano
1/2 Tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Tsp
Salt and Pepper
8 Slices
Sourdough Bread

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine the chopped artichokes, broccoli (or spinach), sour cream, mozarella, herbs, red pepper flakes and the salt and pepper. Mix together with a spatula until the ingredients are evenly distributed. Drizzle the BeeMaid Honey on top and mix thoroughly once more.

2. Turn stove to medium high heat and prep a large skillet. As the skillet heats up, brush olive oil on the outer sides of the bread. then assemble your grilled cheese by adding a light layer of pesto, slices of brie cheese and a generous scoop of the honey artichoke mixture.

3. Add the top piece of bread and place each sandwich onto the skillet one at a time, allowing it to cook for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has started to melt. (Alternatively you can use a  panini press if you have one at home).

4. Add an extra drizzle of BeeMaid Honey on top and serve while hot. Makes the perfect side to homemade soup.
