BeeMaid Honey is a go-to ingredient for building bold, balanced flavour in savoury and spicy sauces. Its natural thickness makes it an excellent binding agent, helping sauces cling to noodles, veggies, and proteins without the need for added processed sugars or thickeners. In dishes like this honey ginger sesame noodle stir fry, BeeMaid Honey smooths out the heat of ginger and chili, enhances the savoury notes of soy and sesame, and brings everything together into a glossy, well-coated finish that tastes layered and intentional. This stir fry recipe is a true flavour-packed, one-pan meal that checks all the boxes — quick, comforting, and craveworthy. Crisp cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas soak up the sticky-savoury sauce, while BeeMaid Honey ties every element together with subtle sweetness and depth.

Directions

  1. Boil noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, add the BeeMaid Honey, soy sauce, molasses, rice vinegar, peanut butter and sriracha together.
  3. Drain and set aside the cooked noodles. Add the sesame oil to a large skillet or stir fry wok and set to medium high heat.
  4. Once the wok is glistening, add in the minced garlic and minced ginger. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then add in the mixed stir fry vegetables. Cook for approximately 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  7. Garnish with green onion, sesame seeds and remaining cashews and serve!
