Ground Chicken

White Onion (finely chopped)

Salt and Pepper

Fresh Dill (chopped)
Honey BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
1 Tbsp
Olive Oil
1/2 Cup
Sweet Onion (chopped)

Garlic Cloves (Chopped)

Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 Tsp
Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp
Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp
Worchestercshire
Additional Bowl Toppings:
1 Cup
White Rice
1/2
Avocado (pitted and sliced)
1/2 Cup
Cooked Broccoli
1/4 Cup
Cooked Edamame
1/4 Cup
Cucumber (Sliced)
Directions
- Prepare the BBQ sauce by adding the ingredients to a medium-sized saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes, stir often to avoid burning.
- Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. Cook 1 Cup of rice based on package instructions.
- To a large mixing bowl, using a spatula, combine the ingredients for the Chicken Balls. Roll into 2 tbsp. portions and place onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. They are cooked through when the liquids run clear.
- Once cooked, transfer the balls into the BBQ sauce and let them sit in the sauce while assembling the bowls.
- Place rice into serving bowls, add greens like cooked broccoli, parsley, cucumbers edamame beans or sliced avocado, then add chicken balls and sauce on top.
