Soy Sauce

Additional Bowl Toppings:
1 Cup
White Rice
1/2
Avocado (pitted and sliced)
1/2 Cup
Cooked Broccoli
1/4 Cup
Cooked Edamame
1/4 Cup
Cucumber (Sliced)

Directions

  1. Prepare the BBQ sauce by adding the ingredients to a medium-sized saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes, stir often to avoid burning.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. Cook 1 Cup of rice based on package instructions.
  3. To a large mixing bowl, using a spatula, combine the ingredients for the Chicken Balls. Roll into 2 tbsp. portions and place onto the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. They are cooked through when the liquids run clear.
  5. Once cooked, transfer the balls into the BBQ sauce and let them sit in the sauce while assembling the bowls.
  6. Place rice into serving bowls, add greens like cooked broccoli, parsley, cucumbers edamame beans or sliced avocado, then add chicken balls and sauce on top.
