Dijon Mustard

Olive Oil
1/4 Cup
Lemon Juice
1 Clove
Garlic (minced)

Salt and Pepper
Chopped Sandwich

Directions

1. In a medium sized bowl or large measuring cup, combine the BeeMaid Honey, dijon, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic and salt and pepper. Whisk ingredients together until you’ve reached a smooth consistency.

2. Place all of the sandwhich ingredients on a large cutting board. Using a large, sharp knife, begin to chop up all the ingredients. Lightly mix them together as you go.

3. Pour the honey dijon dressing on top of the chopped ingredients. Mix once more until all ingredients are fully coated.

4. Using a spoon or butter knife, add the chopped salad mixture onto a fresh whole wheat bun. Serve and enjoy!
