Homemade Honey Gummy Bears are a fun DIY snack that you can feel great about making and sharing with your family. Naturally sweetened with BeeMaid Honey and organic fruit juices, these gummies are packed with fruity flavour and free from refined sugars. They’re an easy kitchen activity that kids will love to help with, and the end result is a chewy, colourful treat you can feel good about. Perfect for lunch boxes, after-school snacks, or a healthier alternative to store-bought candy, these homemade gummy bears are as wholesome as they are delicious.

Ingredients
Gummy Bears
1 Cup (per flavour of gummy)
Organic Fruit Juice (no added sugar)
1/2 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
1/3 Cup
Gelatin Powder
3 Tbsp
Lemon Juice
Additional Materials
3 Sheets
Silicone Gummy Bear Molds
1
Plastic or Glass Dropper
Directions
- Add your juice of choice into a small sauce pan. Then add in the gelatin.
- Turn the heat to medium low and allow the gelatin to dissolve. Lightly stir to help the gelatin start to thicken.
- Add the BeeMaid Honey and lemon juice to the mixture.
- Stir well until all ingredients are combined. Then turn the heat down completely and allow to cool for a few minutes. The gelatin should now start thicken.
- Prep your gummy bear molds. Using a syringe, suck up the juice mixture and add to the mold, filling it to the top of each section. (Tip: Work fast during this step to ensure the gelatin does not thicken too much to push out of the syringe).
- Allow to set for 5 minutes then refrigerate for 1-3 hours. (Repeat this full process for each fruity flavour of gummy bear you’d like to make).
- Gently remove the gummy bears from your molds and enjoy!
Notes: Store at room temperature for 3-5 days.
