Ingredients

Recipe
2 lbs
Turkey or Beef Meatballs
3/4 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
2 Cups
Cranberries (Fresh or Frozen)
1/2 Cup
Smokey BBQ Sauce
3 Tbsp
Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp
Hot Sauce
1/2 Tbsp
Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp
Salt
1/4 Cup
Water
1/2 Cup
Chopped Parley (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Bake your meatballs. If using frozen or pre-made meatballs, follow package instructions.
  2. In a larger blender or food processor, blend together the cranberries, BeeMaid Honey, BBQ sauce, garlic, tomato paste and salt until smooth.
  3. Add the honey cranberry sauce into a large pot and allow to simmer on medium heat for approximately 7-10 minutes, then add in the water and stir.
  4. Reduce heat to medium low and add in the cooked meatballs to the pot. Use large tongs or a spatula to stir and fully coat each of the meatballs. Cover the pot for 5 minutes, allowing the meatballs to warm up in the sauce.
  5. Serve as an appetizer or entree paired with potatoes, cooked vegetables or rice.
