Honey Curry Roasted Cauliflower is a flavourful, wholesome dish that’s as versatile as it is delicious. Ingredients

1/4 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
1/4 Cup
Olive Oil
1 Large Head
Cauliflower
2 Tbsp
Curry Powder
1 Tsp
Onion Powder
1 Tsp
Garlic Powder
1 Tsp
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Tsp
Cayenne Pepper
Optional:
Basil or Parsley Leaves for Garnish

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425C and prep a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Sliced the head of cauliflower into large sections, then continue to chop into small flourets. Transfer the flourets to a large mixing bowl.

3. In a seperate bowl, combine the BeeMaid Honey, olive oil, seasonings and spices. Mix together until a thick curry sauce is formed. Pour the honey curry mixture on top of the cauliflower flourets and coat using salad tongs.

4. Spread the coated cauliflower out onto the baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes (until the cauliflower is tender and golden). Toss the cauliflower half way through cooking to ensure sides are evenly roasted.

5. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes and top with fresh herbs. Add an additional drizzle of BeeMaid Honey on top and enjoy as a side dish or as a meal!
