Recipe
1/2 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
8-10 Slices
Salami
6-8 Slices
Mortadella
2 Medium Rounds
Brie Cheese
1/4 Cup
Mixed Nuts
1/4 Cup
Pickled Garlic
1 Small Bunch
Cherry Tomatoes
2
Figs (halved)
2
Shallots
2 Sprigs
Fresh Rosemary
1
Peach (halved and pitted)

Yellow Pepper (sliced)
1/3 Cup

Directions

  1. Preheat your BBQ to a medium high heat (350-400 degrees)
  2. You can also use your oven at 400 degrees. Using a cast iron pan or aluminum pan, add all your ingredients. You can arrange it how you’d like. You can also mix and match the ingredients to what you prefer and have in your refrigerator.
  3. Drizzle the BeeMaid Honey over top for that sweet and savoury combo. It melts and caramelizes all your ingredients to bring it all together.
  4. Set the skillet pan on your BBQ. Roast for 20-40 minutes or until your cheese is nice and bubbly. Serve with  your favourite crackers or toasted bread. Enjoy!
