Ingredients

Honey Buffalo Sauce
1/2 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
2 Tbsp
Butter (unsalted)
4 Tbsp
Buffalo Hot Sauce
1/4 Tsp
Cornstarch
2 Tbsp
Water
Chicken Wings

1 3/4 Tsp
Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Tsp
Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp
Dried Thyme

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 420F and prep a large baking sheet with parchment paper and a baking rack on top.

2. In a small bowl combine the seasonings and baking powder together with a spoon and mix until evenly dispersed. Pat the chicken wings dry then coat the wings in the seasoning mixture on all sides. Place each wing the baking rack, leaving a few cm between each one. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.

3. Create a slurry by combining the cornstarch and water.

4.  Add the BeeMaid Honey, buffalo hot sauce and butter into a small sauce pan and let simmer for approximatley 5 minutes, stirring throughout. Once simmering, add in the slurry and stir again. Remove from heat and let sit for another 5 minutes.

5. Remove the wings from the oven and dip into the hot honey buffalo sauce individually. Plate and top with fresh parsley or finely chopped green onions.
