Ingredients

1/4 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
1/4 Cup
Fig Jam
1-2 Bags
Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
1/4 Cup
Sliced Olives
1 Cup
Shredded Spicey Genoa Salami
1 Cup
Shredded Prosciutto
1
Brie Cheese Wheel (cut in small cubes)
1/2 Cup
Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup
Gherkins (chopped)
Garnish
Black Pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Spread out your potato chips across a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Scatter the brie cheese and meats evenly on top of the potato chips. Bake in the oven until the brie cheese has melted (approximtely 10-5 minutes).

3. Top with dollops of the fig jam, olives, pickles, and parmesean cheese. Add a generous drizzle of BeeMaid Honey on top and add cracked pepper before serving. Feel free to get creative with your favourite charcuterie board toppings.

Note: These nachos are best enjoyed hot while the cheese is still warm but can be stored in an air tight container for 1-2 days for reheating.
