Our Honey Garlic Whipped Feta is a creamy, flavour-packed appetizer that is both easy to make and irresistible. Smooth, tangy feta is whipped until light and fluffy and topped with a luscious BeeMaid Honey garlic drizzle, where the magic truly shines. This sweet and savoury combination elevates every bite, making it perfect for spreading on crostini, topping roasted vegetables, or adding a gourmet touch to your charcuterie board. It is a crowd-pleasing dish that brings bold, balanced flavours to any gathering.

Ingredients

1/4 Cup
BeeMaid Honey
1 Tbsp
Olive Oil
2 Tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp
Pistachios (chopped)
5 Cloves
Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp
Parsley (chopped)
1/2 Tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
8 oz
Feta Cheese Block
4 oz
Cream Cheese (room temp)

Directions

1. Add a small amount of oil to a pan and add in the minced garlic. Saute on medium heat for 1 minutes until fragrant (ensuring it doesn’t burn). Add in the BeeMaid Honey and red pepper flakes and stir together. Allow to simmer lightly then remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

2. Using a food processor or blender, blend together the feta, cream cheese, olive oil and lemon juice until smooth (no chunks). Scoop the mixture onto a serving dish and smooth out into an even layer with a spatula.

3. Drizzle the honey garlic mixture over top with a spoon and garnish with the chopped pistachios and parsley. Serve with crackers, veggies, crostinis or your bread of choice.
