Ingredients

2-3 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
2 + 1/2 Cups
Buttermilk
2 Cups
Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp
Salt
2
Eggs
2 Tbsp
Cooking Oil

Directions

  1. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Beat eggs until light, then add BeeMaid Honey, buttermilk, and cooking oil.
  3. Add dry ingredients gradually, stirring until smooth.
  4. Drop from a spoon onto a hot greased griddle and cook until top is full of bubbles and underside is golden.
  5. Turn and cook until other side is golden.
  6. Add an extra drizzle of BeeMaid Honey along with your favourite fresh fruits and toppings.

Note: Recipe makes approximately 2 dozen 5 inch pancakes.
