- Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat eggs until light, then add BeeMaid Honey, buttermilk, and cooking oil.
- Add dry ingredients gradually, stirring until smooth.
- Drop from a spoon onto a hot greased griddle and cook until top is full of bubbles and underside is golden.
- Turn and cook until other side is golden.
- Add an extra drizzle of BeeMaid Honey along with your favourite fresh fruits and toppings.
