Ingredients

Spicy Honey Lime Vinaigrette
2 1/2 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
2 Tbsp
Minced Garlic

Jalapeno (seeded and stem removed)
1/3 Cup
White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup
Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Tsp
Cumin

Ripe Avocados (pitted and diced)

Small Radishes (trimmed and diced)
1
Orange (juiced)
1 Tsp
Orange Zest
3/4 Cup
Tomatoes (diced)
1/4 Cup
Fresh Cilantro or Parsley (chopped)
Serve With
Tortilla Chips

Directions

1. Add the diced radishes, grape tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, orange zest and orange juice to a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, BeeMaid Honey, cumin, and salt and pepper. Add in the diced jalapenos and allow them to marinate in the vinaigrette.

3. Halve and remove the pits from the avocados and dice, taking care not to break up the avocado too much. Mix all the ingredients together until evenly dispersed.

4. Pour the vinaigrette over the avocado and veggie mixture and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
