- Preheat your oven to 375F.
- Slice the pears in half and remove the seeds from the centre with a spoon.
- In a small bowl, combine the BeeMaid Honey, vanilla, spices and salt.
- Place the pears face up on a lined baking sheet or baking dish. Lightly brush each pear with half of the the spiced honey mixture, reserving some for the end.
- Bake pears for 15-20 minutes or until slightly tender and golden. (Note: monitor to ensure the honey does not burn).
- As it bakes, add the chopped pecans to a medium bowl and drizzle the remaining spiced honey mixture on top. Stir with a spoon until the pecans are fully coated and sticky.
- Remove the pears from the oven and add a scoop of the candied pecan mixture in the centre of each pear.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes and serve pears warm on a bed of vanilla Greek yogurt or with ice cream.
- Garnish with an extra drizzle of BeeMaid Honey and enjoy.
