Ingredients

Recipe
3 Cups
Mini Marshmallows
4 Cups
Crispy Chow Mein Noodles
3-4 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
3 Tbsp
Butter
1/4 Cup
Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup
Chocolate Mini Eggs

Directions

  1. Add BeeMaid Honey, marshmallows, peanut butter and butter in a medium saucepan. Continue to stir on medium/low until the marshmallows have melted completely.
  2. In a large bowl, add the chow mein noodles and pour the mixture from the saucepan on top. Use a spatula or salad tongs to ensure the noodles are fully coated.
  3. Scoop the noodle mixture from the bowl and using your hands, form into tiny balls that fit in your palm. Note: Spray your hands lightly with cooking spray or wear rubber gloves to ensure the mixture does not stick to your hands.
  4. Lay the small balls onto a lined baking sheet. Using your fingers, create a small opening in the centres of each ball to resemble a bird’s nest.
  5. Place baking sheet in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until the nests have firmed.
  6. Place on a serving plate and arrange 4-5 mini eggs in the centre.
