Ingredients
Honey Harissa Chicken
3 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
3 Tbsp
Harissa or Chili Paste
1 Tsp
Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice
450g
Pulled Rotisserie Chicken
2 Tbsp
Greek Yogurt
Gyros
4-6
Greek Pita Bread
1/4 Cup
Tzatziki
1/3 Cup
Feta Cheese
1
Cucumber (diced)
1
Large Tomato (diced)
Garnish
Pickled Red Onions or Chopped Olives
Directions
- In a large bowl, add in the BeeMaid Honey, harissa (or chili paste), Greek yogurt, lemon juice and garlic powder and mix together well until all ingredients are combined.
- Add in the pulled rotisserie chicken and toss until fully coated in the harissa honey mixture.
- Prep a large baking sheet with parchment or foil and add the coated chicken in an even layer. Set the oven to broil and let cook for approx. 10 minutes until the edges of the chicken turn golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the oven. Prep your pitas with Tzatziki then add a helping of the harissa honey chicken with an assortment of your favourite gyro toppings.
