Ingredients

Recipe
16 oz
Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
3 Tbsp
BeeMaid Honey
1 Tsp
Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup
Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Tsp
Gelatin (unflavoured)
1 Cup
Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp
Water
Garnish
Whipped Cream

Directions

  1. Sliced your strawberries in half and remove the stems. Add the strawberries to a blender, reserving a small portion of them for topping later. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Place the gelatin powder in a small bowl and add the water. Allow the gelatin to bloom for approximately 3-5 minutes. Once it thickens, place the gelatin in the microwave for approximately 1o seconds.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract, gelatin mixture and BeeMaid Honey to the blender, then blend again to combine the ingredients. Set aside the mixture in the fridge.
  4. Add the heavy whipping cream to a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks have formed.
  5. Pour the strawberry mixture into a separate large bowl and fold in the vanilla Greek Yogurt until creamy. Then fold in the whipping cream until a fluffy mixture is formed.
  6. Using a piping bag or spoon, add the strawberry mixture to serving glasses and let chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  7. Garnish with a dollop of fresh whipped cream, a drizzle of BeeMaid Honey and additional strawberries before serving.
